365 Project: Week 20 &21

I got really off schedule . . . I don't know why. Meaning there are two weeks of pictures coming at you. Some really great, fun things happened over the last two weeks and some not so great did too and some normal things and a lot of rain. . .it was just an emotional 14 days. . .I guess.

(This was a scary and crappy day. . .more so for those in Moore than me but my heart is sad for the individuals directly affected and the greater community as a whole. It does seem like everyone, my little family included, has tried to help in whatever capacity they can. Which is reassuring)

365 Day Project: Week 19

This was one of those weeks I don't have too much to say about. It was by no means bad it just wasn't all that exciting . . . which is fine.

365 Project: Week 17

This last week had some really beautiful weather, some abnormally cold weather (it's been a weird spring), I was a vendor at Dustbowl Arts Market, had friends visit, and enjoyed Norman Music Fest. It was a good week, I was very tired and lazy on Sunday though. . .you will see photographic evidence of that next week.

365 Project: Week 16

Happy Monday all! I thought as a positive way to start my week I would list the good thoughts associated with each of my pictures. I don't know if I will make this a habit but it seems like the thing to do today. . .I hope each of you has lots of good memories from last week and more coming to you this week.
April 14
(Jerod and I went to see Bill Maher, it was funny and fun and nice to be with other OK liberals. Plus laughing is good. )

April 15
(Such a beautiful, dramatic spring sky. I love to watch the changes of the sun and sky on my walk to and from work and notice how they change with the seasons)

April 16
(Went to happy hour with a friend aside from good company I was able to get a beer, a white bean slider and fancy tater tots for $10 [including tip] you can't beat that)

April 17
(Flowers. . .what's not to like)

April 18
(Sweet Keith's sweet little face always makes me happy!)

April 19
(Jerod was off Friday and cleaned the house, went on a walk with me after work, and cooked a delicious North African lamb and prune dish. I like my husband quite a bit.)
April 20
(Crispin enjoys being in the middle of things including my sewing projects. . .it's nice to look over my machine and see her there purring away)

365 Project: Week 15

I'm guess I must be taken with my feet or my green nail polish as they/it made a couple of appearances this week or. . .it's getting to be barefoot weather! Granted we had (are still having) some cold days but we are having some beautiful ones too! Spring how you make my heart sing (just joking, sort of, I do love spring).

365 Project: Week 14

It was a pretty eventful week! There was Easter with my in-laws, a dinner with friends,  a Margaret Atwood lecture, Jerod was away at a conference, work (and all of the other normal stuff)...not to bad all and all. Oh and it's April and spring is springing in OK which I am fine with!
Have a good upcoming week.
